Foundation for Complaints Regulation Inappropriate Behaviour

Since 2006, it is possible that, in the event of an allegation of (sexual) harassment by an employee, the employer has to prove that this accusation is unfounded. In practice, one can only prevent this by setting up proper procedures.

Since this is not simple, Kantoor Mr. van Zijl founded the Foundation for Complaints Regulation Inappropriate Behaviour. By joining the Foundation, employers can provided themselves with, among others, a code of conduct regarding inappropriate behaviour at work, and a protocol for the use of E-mail and the Internet Besides, they have doctors at their disposal as confidential advisors as well as experts in handling complaints. You can find more about it on the website of the Foundation for Complaints Regulation Inappropriate Behaviour, www.klachtenregelingomgangsvormen.nl , or in the Foundation’s brochure.

The employer who registers as an employer at the Foundation, automatically participates in the "Labour Law©”-subscription of Kantoor Mr.van Zijl. Employers who already are subscribers of "Labour Law©” may deduct the price of the subscription from the costs for joining the Foundation for Complaints Regulation Inappropriate Behaviour.
