For the services of our lawyers, we charge an hourly rate of € 230.00 (excluding turnover tax)

Subscribers to Kantoor Mr.van Zijl’s service "Labour Law©” are entitled to a 10% reduction on this rate, subject to payment of our invoices within fourteen days. This reduction does not apply when, in a special case, some other discount arrangement already applies.

Please note: most law firms have an hourly rate, on top of which you pay a surcharge of, usually, five, and sometimes even six or seven percent, "administrative charges”, or ” taxed disbursements”. We do not apply any such surcharges on the above-mentioned hourly rates.

We periodically (in principle annually) adjust the above-mentioned hourly rate. In case an adjustment of the hourly rate is carried out during a commission, we will always inform our clients in advance.
