We periodically charge for the costs of the
services provided by our staff (in principle once per month) based on the
actual time spent.
If, due to special
circumstances at our firm, we have to spend more or less time on the execution
of an commission, we will adjust the number of hours accordingly. The time
spent is charged for in time units of six minutes (0.10 hours), a quarter of an
hour (0.25 hours), or multiples thereof.
Expenses
incurred in the execution of an commission (disbursements) such as prosecutor
costs, court registry charges, administrative charges, requested public
register extracts and the like, we will specify and charge separately.
